{"id":298,"date":"2018-09-16T09:38:14","date_gmt":"2018-09-16T07:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bru-stars.be\/?page_id=298"},"modified":"2024-08-22T16:26:43","modified_gmt":"2024-08-22T14:26:43","slug":"fasen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bru-stars.be\/nl\/onthaal\/fasen\/","title":{"rendered":"Fasen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #1c2948; font-size: 14pt;\">Het nieuw geestelijk gezondheidsbeleid wordt stapsgewijs ge\u00efmplementeerd :<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px; border-radius: 10px; margin-top: 20px; background-color: #ffffff; box-shadow: 0 0px 10px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);\">\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2a2d75;\">Eerste fase<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #1c2948;\">De nadruk is gelegd op de creatie en de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">co\u00f6rdinatie van netwerken<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2a2d75;\">Tweede fase<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>De tweede fase wordt ge\u00efmplementeerd zodra er op het terrein <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">functionerende netwerken<\/span> tot stand zijn gekomen, in overeenstemming met de visie, uitgangspunten en het model beschreven in de gids.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #1c2948;\">De ontwikkeling van een <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">programma crisiszorg<\/span> staat centraal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Het programma crisiszorg is globaal. Dat betekent dat het is ingebed in het crisisaanbod van alle partners, zorgaanbieders, instellingen en diensten die zich richten op kinderen, jongeren en hun context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2a2d75;\">Derde en vierde fasen<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #1c2948;\">Deze fasen werden voorzien vanaf 2016 en omvatten de realisatie van de programma\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">assertive care (langdurige of aanklampende zorg)<\/span> en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">intersectorale consult en liaison<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2a2d75;\">D\u00e9veloppements suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Midden 2016 startten we met de uitwerking van een\u00a0zorgaanbod <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">dubbeldiagnose<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Vanaf midden 2017 beslisten de Gemeenschappen om aan de netwerken te vragen een programma <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vroegdetectie en -Interventie<\/span> te ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n<li>Eind 2018 voorzag de Vlaamse Overheid een budget om een programma <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Outreach\u00a0<\/span>te ontwikkelen om zo de competenties rond de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Nederlandstalige diensten jeugdzorg te versterken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het nieuw geestelijk gezondheidsbeleid wordt stapsgewijs ge\u00efmplementeerd : Eerste fase De nadruk is gelegd op de creatie en de co\u00f6rdinatie van netwerken.
